Statement of Faith ( What we believe)
We hold to the literal interpretation of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. Therefore, every post found on this blog will be filtered through the unadulterated Word of God.
I believe:
-in the spoken and written inspiration of the Scriptures. All scriptures are pure. (2 Tim. 3:16,17).
-God exists equally in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (Jn. 1:1;).
-In the virgin birth, sinless life, physical death, and bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ (Cor. 15:2-4).
-in the eternal salvation freely provided by God, to all who personally trust in Jesus Christ alone for the forgiveness of their sins and life everlasting (Acts 4:10-12).
-that the Holy Spirit indwells all true believers, empowering them to do the will of God on earth and sealing them until the day of their redemption (1 Cor. 6:19).
-that the universe and all that inhabits it are the direct results of God’s creative act. (Gen. 1, 2).
-that all who are saved will spend an eternity of conscious blessedness with God in heaven, and all those who reject the message of the Gospel in this life will suffer an eternity of conscious torment in hell (2 Thess. 1:7- 9).
-in the rapture of all believers prior to the Tribulation Period (1 Thess. 4:13-17).
-in the personal, visible, and premillennial return of the Lord Jesus Christ (Rev. 19:1-20:9)
